Who We Are

We view therapy as a collaborative process of self-discovery and healing. Our approach integrates mindfulness, compassion-based practice, and depth-oriented exploration to help clients uncover the patterns, emotions, and beliefs shaping their lives. We believe that growth arises not only from addressing challenges head on, but from developing awareness, understanding, and acceptance of one’s full experience. Through this process, individuals are supported in reconnecting with their inherent wholeness, fostering greater authenticity, resilience, and inner peace.

Meet The Team

From an early age, my journey though life took on a direction of looking for ways to find peace and heal tender wounds within myself, stemming from early experiences of trauma. This seemed to develop within me a sort of brethren and sensitivity to those who had experienced similar struggles. I also explored different religions, philosophies and spiritual practices to better understand this utterly human commonality of suffering, along with the equally shared experiences of healing and wholeness.

This path ultimately led me to obtain a Masters Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University, with a particular focus in Psychology. In over 12 years of experience I’ve been lucky enough to work with a wide array of people, covering varying ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. I’ve had the privilege of coming to shared insights with those starting out in life, to hearing the wisdom and spending some last moments with those who were transitioning to what lies next.

Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, behavioural or relational challenges, I believe and practice that the therapeutic process, at its heart, is about people coming together as equals, where they can, to the best of their ability, trust being heard without fear of shame or judgment. From there, through whatever means, hopefully there is space created where insight, healing, growth, and perhaps some laughter and fun, can happen.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” -Carl Rogers

I enjoy working with people who have ADHD, trauma, and a long pattern of feeling out of place in the world around them. My clients are smart, perceptive, and tired of pushing themselves into systems that were never built for the way their brains work. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, sort through the noise, understand yourself, and build a life that actually fits who you are.

I help people with ADHD and trauma make sense of their experiences and build skills that support real change. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on what works in everyday life.

If you want a therapist who is warm, honest, and easy to talk to, I would be glad to work with you. You deserve support that feels safe, human, and genuinely helpful. I am here when you are ready.

I work with those who suffer from trauma, substance use disorders, domestic and sexual abuse, anxiety, and depression. The goals would include wanting to move forward and not feel triggered by things in daily life.

My practice is grounded in a person-centered framework and informed by a polyvagal perspective, both of which guide clients toward a deeper sense of safety, connection, and self-understanding.

I will meet you where you are and help you become the best version of you that you want to do by healing those inner wounds, instead of just surviving.
